Our New Obsession............

So thanks to Leigh, Cole and Tay the kids are totally obsessed with Webkinz. They each got a new one in Utah and the Fassler clan showed the Parry clan what to do, how to take care of their pet, where to shop and how to earn KinzCash. The kids love it. This is Kyle with Milkie. How cute!!!!!

Nicole had to make Ashley girly. She picked up on the whole Webkinz website. She loves it and has a great time taking care of her pets.

Here is Cole with Moooo. He has 31 Webkinz and the envy of Nicole. He has taught Nicole and Kyle how to scoot around the site and play.

Here is Taylor with Rainbow. Even she has taught all of us how to care for our pets.

So now that the kids have their new pets they have to care for them. You do so on the computer on the website so in the mean time the kids are getting better and better on the computer......its just so much more fun to think you are just playing instead of learning. They are all so cute with it all.

fdHere we are keeping busy. Tay and Kyle love playing together. They are so cute and hope to get married when they grow up.

Then they decided to create a rock band. It was "wonderful" music, you know you want to hear it.....LOL

Then they changed into swimsuits, turned on the sprinklers and went jumping on the tramp.

WATER BALLOON FIGHT - July 29th

Here they are having a water balloon fight. It was so much fun. It took Leigh and I about 40 minutes to fill up all the balloons and about 10 minutes for all of them to be thrown. It was Nicole and Kyle's first water balloon fight ever and let me tell you we were all laughing our pants off. It was sooooooooooo much fun!!!!!

A relaxing day in Utah - July 25th

So here we are on Friday, July 25th just relaxing and kicking back. Leigh has an inground tramp in her back yard and the kids love it. These pics were taken at about 10pm that night. Leigh and Cole got us hooked on Webkinz and the computer so much that we all want to be on the computer all the time. Taylor and Kyle love taking baths together and have not done so in along time. They were in the tub for about an hour all shriveled up and wrinkled like prunes. At one point Tay wanted more bubbles in the tub so she poured 2 full bottles of shampoo in the water......Boy oh boy was Leigh upset.......But there she is always loving her!!!!! Who can't love that cute face?!

Pioneer Night in Utah

This is the fireworks show hosted by Grandma and Grandpa Fassler. It was really cool because it wasn't that loud. The kids loved the colors and the sparks of the show. Kyle was the only one not thrilled about it. He is scared of loud nioses and when he is scared he covers his ears. Because we were swimming all day and it doesn't get dark here till about 9:45pm he was so tired that he fell asleep on my lap during the show. Cole was being his usual goofy self and was showing us his butt shake......it was pretty funny!!!!

Pioneer Day in Utah - July 24th

So on July 24th Salt Lake City celebrates Pioneer Day. Its the day that the Pioneers came into the valley. Its like a 2nd 4th of July. We were invited over Sharon and George's House (Cole and Taylor's Grandparents) for swimming, BBQ dinner and fireworks. We had so much fun. Their pool is huge, it goes from 3 feet to 10 1/2 feet deep and the kids just jumped right in. They were afraid at all. Nicole and Taylor figured out how to get some exercise in too. They were doing chin ups on the diving board. Kyle got as far as walking out on the diving board but wouldn't go any further. We met new friends as well. A friend of Leigh's, Jen and her kids, Maddie, Sara and Nate came with us to celebrate.

Silly String fight with silly friends - July 23rd

So as usual the kids had to fight......well lets just say this was a really fun fight. I brought silly string and the kids had a blast spraying eachother.....uh and themselves till they figured out how to do it. Kyle just about sprayed himself and Taylor figured it out pretty quick. This was our first day in Utah with our great friends Leigh, Taylor, Cole and Adam.....We stayed a week and did lots of things at the house.

Oh, how we all love the Tea Cups......Even Grammy!!!!!

How we love Disneyland. This is Nicole's 3rd time and Kyle's 2nd. It was so fun to see how much they enjoyed it. It made us enjoy it all the more. We were at Disney for 3 days and California Adventure for 1 day. We went on a bunch of rides that we have never been on before. Nicole loved every one but Kyle was a bit scared of all them but we made him go on anyway. He ended up liking most of them but told us several times that we were not allowed to go on Space Mountain (my favorite ride) again and we were not allowed to go into the Haunted House. His favorite rides are the Jumping Jellyfish in California, Buzz Lightyear in Disney, and Toy Story in Disney. He also loved the Rockets in California. Nicole's favorites are the Thunder Mountain Railway in Disney, the Swings in the Big Orange in California, Splash Mountain and several of the roller coasters. She also did not like Space Mountain.

Our first time at Universal Studios. It was fun. We spent 2 days here. Kyle was in heaven with all the characters. He loved Curious George, SpongeBob, Dora and Deigo, Alex from Madagascar, Woody Woodpecker and more. He absolutely did not want to take a pic with Shrek who is my favorite. They both loved the Fear Factor show, Shrek 4D, Animal Actors. We saw several other shows that were great too but some the kids did not like.

Ok, so Leigh got me all set up with my frogs....aren't they cute, you know they are..... So anyway, I have promised her that I would keep up with it. So I am going to give it a try............... stay tuned!!!!

Julie's New Profile

Well, Julie came to Utah and I had to "pimp her blog". I love the background and colors...funky just like Jules!! Hopefully now I can get her to update it more often....she is a blogger slacker!!! But I love her tons anyway and am so glad she and the kids came to visit.
